This is kind of a distinctive, modern design. It also has a frame that contacts the ground all the way around, so it's a little easier to move around.
In terms of assembly, it's really not too hard. It took me about 24 minutes to assemble it myself, start to finish. You don't have to be too terribly handy to put it together -- maybe if you're horrible with assembling things, you should look for help, but otherwise, you can probably handle it.
